                    Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)         

This is a professional designation awarded by the National Association of Realtors [NAR] for training, experience and excellence in Residential Sales.  There are only 107 Agents awarded the CRS designation in RI out of over 4,500 real estate agents.

 

 

         Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI)

Also an NAR accreditation. Only 288 agents in RI currently have the GRI designation. GRI designees are dedicated professionals; they possess an in-depth understanding of the home buying and selling process, and have the experience and the abilities necessary to effectively guide clients through the complicated process.

 

          Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)

This designation is for experience and specialized training in delivering the best in buyer-representation services. Designees have an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of home buyers. There are 115 agents in RI who have earned this professional standard.

 

 

     e-PRO Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO)

This is a nationally recognized professional standard for excellence and experience in using today’s technology to the benefit of today’s consumer. Only 72 agents in RI have achieved this level of training, expertise and number of successful closed sales.

   

          Certified Relocation Professional (CRP)

This designation acknowledges excellence in working with Sellers and Buyers who are relocating into or out of state, specifically addressing the unique needs and stresses that can result from uprooting a family and adjusting to a new area. There are only 3 Agents with this professional designation in the state.
